An independent review into Institutional Racism at Westway Trust

The Review addresses allegations of institutional racism against Westway Trust made over a number of years.
The Tutu Foundation – an organisation with a track record of working to transform lives and communities through reconciliation - was commissioned in 2017 to produce a truly independent review of the allegations, and began gathering documentary evidence in July 2018.
The Review has interviewed more than 80 people, received countless other submissions and collected over 5,000 pages of evidence, and its work has been overseen by a Community Advisory Group made up of community leaders and representatives.
